New Member Application Form
Membership Requirements
Individual Requirements:
1.Registration – Kshs 1200/= non refundable.
2.Purchase a minimum of 600 share at Kshs 20 to make a share capital of Kshs 12,000.
3.Pass book – Kshs 360/=
4.2 coloured passport size.
5.A copy of ID.
6.Minimum contribution per month Kshs 1000/=.
7.Monthly insurance contribution of Kshs 120 (Paid annually).
8.Monthly Benevolent contribution of Kshs 30 (Paid annually).
9.Membership is attained once the sharecapital is fully paid.
10.Must have a valid bank account.
Group / Chama members:
1.Registration – Kshs 6,000/= non refundable.
2.Purchase a minimum of 600 share at Kshs 20 to make a share capital of Kshs 12,000.
3.Must have a certificate of registration from relevant ministry (CBO office)
4.Pass book – Kshs 360/=.
5.1 coloured passport size for all members.
6.Copy of IDs.
7.Must also individually be a member of the sacco.
8.Must have a valid bank account.
9.Minimum contribution per month 5,000/=.
10.Minutes authorizig the opening of the account.
11.A copy of the group or company registration certificate of the goverment.
12.A copy of the group constitution / Company Memorandum of Association.
13.A copy of CR12 form in the case of a Limited company.
Churches / Corporate Institutions:
1.Registration – Kshs 6,000/=
2.Purchase a minimum of 600 share at Kshs 20 to make a share capital of Kshs 12,000.
3.Minimum contribution per month 5,000/=.
4.Attach the Church/Institution Governing.
5.Body/Authority minutes resolving to join the SACCO.
6.PCEA Churches attach a letter of authority from the session clerk.
7.Other a letter of authority.
